How Can I Know When You Will Restock?
+ -Sign up to receive our e-newsletter and stay up to date on our new product launches, restock and sales.
Is there An Order Limit?
+ -Due to the exclusivity of our product, there may be limits placed on the maximum quantity purchased in one transaction which will be reflected on the product page.
Can I Edit Or Cancel My Order?
+ -We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed. Please be careful to submit all orders with the correct information. All sales are final which means we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns.
How Can I Track My Order?
+ -Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you are unable to find your tracking number, or have any other questions regarding shipping, please submit a ticket to support@billieeilishfragrances.ca and our team will be happy to assist further.
When Will My Order Arrive?
+ -Our delivery times are:
QC / ON : 2-5 business daysAB / BC / PE / MB / NB / NS / SK / NL / NU / NT / YT: 3 - 7 business days
We chose ICS Courier as our main carrier to offer the most efficient delivery service to our customers.
After you have placed your order you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you haven't received your order after 10 days, please contact ICS Courier to check for possible lost or stolen package. Please note that ICS doesn't deliver to PO boxes.
Billie Eilish Canada will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damage items during transport.
I Haven't Received My Order
+ -Please note that it is common for carriers to leave packages at alternative drop off spots close to the delivery address. Please check around your property to see if your delivery driver has left your package in a safe place.
It is also common for a package to be marked delivered by the carrier on the day it gets dropped off, which will then get delivered on the same day.
If 24 hours have passed since an order has been marked as delivered and you have still not received your package, please contact our Customer Service team at support@billieeilishfragrances.ca and our team will be able to assist you further.
Do You Allow Refunds/Returns?
+ -All sales are final which means we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations or returns.
Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and fragrance selection is correct as we are unable to update your address or change your order once it has been placed.
Where Do You Ship?
+ -We ship to Canada only. For deliveries in the U.S. please visit https://billieeilishfragrances.com/
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
+ -The delivery charge is not included in the product price and is advised to you during checkout, before you confirm your order.
How can I unsubscribe from promotional emails?
+ -You can unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of any email. Please note this will not affect transactional notifications for orders placed.

Our Customer Service team is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST time. We do our best to respond to all customers within 72 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks.
